Rental Property Cleaning
Our cleaning team are all trained and we use quality cleaning products and equipment. We can provide bedding & towels or we can launder your own.

Changeover clean includes:
  • Property cleaned thouroughly after departing clients. Binliners will be placed in bins and a toilet roll in each bathroom.
Linen change includes:
  • Beds are made up with 2 sheets, pillowcase and top cover (if provided), 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 tea towel are provided. There will be an extra charge if extra bedding is required for camp or sofa beds.
Towel change includes:
  • Bath and hand towels provided per person. There will be an extra charge if extra towels are required for camp or sofa beds.
Refresh clean includes:
  • A weekly or mid week clean for your clients to refresh the property. The bathrooms will be throughly cleaned. The communal floors will be hoovered and mopped and rubish will be emptied.
  • A refresh clean is also charged in the event of a previously cleaned property sitting unused for a period of time. In this case we would refresh the property in preparation for arriving clients.
