We are at your disposal to meet tradesmen, deliveries, check your property etc. For this service we have an hourly rate of 25 €.
Consultation service
We are at your disposal to help you out in whatever way your require from finding you the right property, accompanying you or attending on your behalf banks, notaries, town hall, community meetings, lawyers etc.
Relocation services
We can assist in all aspects of relocating to the Costa Brava including enrolling in schools, registering at the medical centre, finding a rental property, setting up of Spanish, Catalan lessons, home furnishings, storage, and general help and advice
Property refurbishments and project management
We can offer a wide range of refurbishment services using our extensive network of contacts. From property extensions to the fitting of air conditioning we can obtain quotes, appoint tradesmen and oversee all the work giving you regular updates and providing progress photos.
Legal services
With the use of our Gestor (lawyer) we are able to provide our clients with a range of services including: NIE number – obtaining your foreigner’s identification number, vehicle importation, making of a Spanish will, property valuations, property surveys, dealing with Insurance claims etc.

Welcome Packs
Grocery packs available for your and your clients. We have a basic and a luxury welcome pack which we can place in your property in advance of your or your clients' arrival. We can also personalise the packs as to your requirements. Please contact us for more details.
