Our rental management contract is designed for non-resident
property owners who will be renting their property to
holidaymakers. This service ensures that your guests are
well looked after throughout their stay in your property.
The package includes the following services:
- Official key holder for your property for planned or
unforeseen circumstances.
- We will provide weekly security checks for your peace
of mind.
- We will check your property during and after bad
weather.
- We will provide plumbing checks on your property –
unblocking exterior drains, flushing toilets, running
taps etc. to ensure that all is kept in working
order.
- We will regularly check all of your gas and
electrical fittings including boilers, radiators, gas
heaters, cookers etc. to ensure that they are in full,
safe working order. (Gas certificates and official
inspections are available please ask for more
details.)
- We will regularly air your property to ensure that it
remains free from damp and condensation.
- We will regularly water any interior house plants
(exterior plant care can be arranged at an extra
cost).
- We will send you a monthly property report including
photos if necessary.
- We will open up and prepare your property before your
arrival (property cleaning at an extra cost).
- When you are here in resort we can provide you with
help and assistance in a range of different areas from
visiting doctors to advice on restaurants.
- We will provide a meet and greet service for your
guests. Our office can be used as your key collection
point.
- We will provide your guests with an arrival
information pack with details of local activities,
excursions, bus times, maps etc.
- We will take a breakage deposit from your guest upon
arrival and your property will be checked upon their
departure. In case of any damages, lost keys etc, we will
deduct the costs from their deposit before returning it
to them.
- We will provide a 24 hour emergency contact telephone
number for your clients should they require urgent
assistance out of office hours.
- We can generally help and advise your clients on
where to go, what to do etc.
- We will undertake any minor maintenance to your
property such as replacing light bulbs, fixing shutters,
unblocking sinks, running toilets, etc.
- We can provide cleaning and bedding services for your
property at an extra cost.
- We will organize and liase with tradesmen should
there be any major maintenance problems during your
guests’ stay.
- We will be available to meet tradesmen/deliveries on
your behalf (30 min waiting time included).
- We can advise you on renting your property, how to go
about it and pricing.
- We will advertise your rental property on our website
and from our resort office.
