INCLUSIVE TOURS PLANNED EACH WEEK IN MAY

(A minimum of 4 persons are required for each tour). 
Trips leave Estartit at 10 a.m.


MONDAY
Morning trip to next town TORROELLA DE MONTGRI.  Lots of little streets to walk through and admire some of the majestic buildings constructed at the end of the 19th Century.  Local museums are free of charge or visit the 14th Century Gothic Church or the 15th Century Town Hall Building.  Browse round the excellent food shops selling local produce or the boutiques selling clothes or shoes.  Monday morning is market day, so plenty of activity in the many pavement cafés.
Optional extra:  3 course lunch with wine in Palau lo Mirador - €17 per person & vat.       
Optional extra: of horse-riding during the afternoon.  €25 for one hour excursion around the country lanes surrounding Estartit. 
 
TUESDAY
Day Trip to GIRONA. In approx. 50 minutes you are in Girona and dropped off close to the beautiful historic Jewish Quarter.  You can walk around the ancient walls of the city, visit the Cathedral, wander round the cobbled streets with many quaint little shops, cross the many footbridges over the river, visit the daily market in the Plaza de Leon.  There are many restaurants to have lunch or simply tapas.  Most of the big shops like Zara, Adolfo Dominguez, H&M are open all day.  Tuesday morning in also Market Day in Girona.

WEDNESDAY
Bike Hire - full day hire included to explore the countryside around Estartit.  We provide you with a map of the area and routes to follow.

THURSDAY
Day trip to FIGUERES.  In approx. 50 minutes you are in Figueres, home to the Dali Museum (entrance to Museum is optional but highly recommended.  Price €12).  Thursday is also market day in Figueres .

FRIDAY
Day trip to Sant Marti d'Empuries.  In just 30 minutes you are in this lovely little hamlet with restaurants  and lovely beach.  Just next door is the most important Greek archaelogical site in Spain -  the Greek and Roman Ruins of Empuries which is an optional visit (€3 per persons entrance fee).  Or follow the tree lined walkway along the edge of the beach to neighbouring village of L'Escala
 
Price €250 per person
(based on 4 sharing 2 bedroom or 6 sharing 3 bedroom apartment) and includes apartment 
with linen, airport transfer from Girona airport plus up to 5 excursions from our itinerary per person.
